Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

All domestic orders are shipped via Thailand Post (EMS):

• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

• Free shipping: Available for orders over 1,000 THB

• Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information (if available). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational delays beyond our control.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via EMS.

Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days):

• Asia: 3–5 business days

• European Union: 4–9 business days

• United States (North America): 5–7 business days

• Other regions (e.g., South America, Africa): 9–11 business days

Business days refer to Monday–Friday and exclude public holidays in both Thailand and the destination country. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures, transportation delays, or limited flight availability.

 

Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. London Brown is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Shipping Availability

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination, inventory allocation, and courier service coverage.
