Refund policy
At London Brown, we take great care in crafting every product. For this reason, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for domestic Thailand orders.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original box/packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As we do not offer returns, all purchases are considered final unless they qualify for exchange under the conditions outlined above. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure about a specific item before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us — we’ll be happy to assist.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for domestic Thailand orders. If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available color or model of equal value. All exchange requests are subject to product inspection and availability.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable law. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (where applicable), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@london-brown.com.
